100%. Most people don’t realize that the pollution from tires is WAYY worse than the particles emitted from exhaust for most vehicles. EVs won’t solve this pollution problem. In fact, they may make it worse since they tend to have higher low speed torque that shreds tires even worse…

Seriously though, this will be great. Better tires and better roads cut down on the support costs for trucking, which means shipping gets cheaper. That translates into better access to goods and services for everyone.
