However, I found it a hard, dark read (as is the topic of the book), and she wrote a lot of high quality but easier to read stuff in both sci-fi and fantasy. But it’s so long I read her I don’t even remember the titles except for the Earthsea trilogy.

However, if it has enough users and contributors, it always gets fixed promptly. yt-dlp has enough users and contributors.

Is Google Play Services sampling your location so that it can send it in to Google HQ as part of a secret location tracking operation that runs without user consent or knowledge, or so that it can detect if the device has been stolen by the cops and use its proprietary ML model to activate anti-theft mode to protect the user’s privacy?

So, to put it blundly, not only should the server be outside of the USA but also the company who runs it? Makes sense to me.
