I wouldn’t use
amenity=drinking_watersince it seems hard to drink from those stations.amenity=drinking_water is a place where you can get drinking water. There is no requirement to be able to drink directly from the water jet. Even more, the ‘fountain=bottle_refill’ makes it clear that this is not possible.
