Pixel 7 pro with Android 14. Trying to play music while in the car and the second the app isn’t in the foreground the audio is muted but the track keeps playing. Any ideas on this?
Movies still play their audio just fine in the background.
Scratch that, the movie quit playing.
Tried in Firefox as well and it quit playing, but played for longer.

Are you just playing music? MP3 or whatever? Or is it a video file of music?
If it’s just music I would suggest using the excellent finamp music client for Jellyfin.

That’s not working. Still doing the same thing.
That is so odd. I’m doing exactly that right now. I’ve got Finamp playing music in the background as I write this.
