The Cybertruck Is a Disappointment Even to Cybertruck Superfans / Looking at the specs alone, the car is delivering 30 percent less range than expected for 30 percent more money::Looking at the specs alone, the car is delivering 30 percent less range than expected for 30 percent more money.
That’s a bit much, isn’t it? It’s a brand new weird-ass truck, people are going to talk about it. And the article isn’t exactly celebrating it.
If this article was about a new car from another brand, would you complain about it? I thought we wanted more content on this platform. Or we could just stick to memes I guess…
There is no relation between this story and “a new car from another brand”. Tesla isnt a car company, and it has everything to do with the ego of the CEO. Also, we did similar scrutiny of John DeLorean and Lee Iacocca.
What do they sell, pizza?
They’re a tech bro company.
And what is it that they sell?
Battery chargers and DC storage units. They’ve attempted to make cars, but since they’re not a car company they’re not very good at it.
Huh. Weird. I was certain they sell cars. I guess all those “cars” with the T on them I see driving around are holograms. Silly me.
And yet: still not a car company.
Please explain to me how a company can sell over 4.5 million cars and not be a car company. Because ‘they’re a tech bro company’ doesn’t make any more sense than saying Coca-Cola isn’t a beverage company because ‘they’re a stockholder profit company.’
