    its pretty cool tech. replacing the CV joints is a bonus. but each tire as its own motor? eeehhh, skeptical

    Does the market want tires that are this ‘complex’?

    also, tires take a lot of direct damage over terrain, while the rubber and shok absorbers certainly mitigate this, how many hits can this uniwheel take?

    automotive standards is an interesting beast to work with. customers are going to be a bit upset every tire change when the cost trickles down.
