One of my past bosses had his daughter record a bunch of messages, like “Mr Jones, you are needed in the office” and, “Mr Jones, your next meeting is starting”. And then he would set those as the alarm sounds on his phone and set the alarm to go off ten minutes into meetings he wanted to get out of.
