      In the US the median size of a single family house is about 2400 sqft. For an American 1500 is relatively small.

      I am still fucking lost because I don’t speak joke Units.

      for normal people out there 1500sq ft are about 140 sq meters.

      ao that’s like a bigger house or almost twice my 3 bedroom apartment

      Honestly I just sort of guessed a number. There’s a bunch of older/starter homes that are bigger than the traditional ‘tiny home’ and would never fit on a trailer, but are still what would be small for my area. I didn’t really know what size those would be.
