Why would it? It’s a photo editing tool, not a drawing tool.

  Yep. It’s not Inkscape.
  
  Do PhotoShop and Illustrator both do full vector editing? I never paid to find out.
  
  Photoshop can’t draw capsicums so GIMP is still better.
