I just need 2 lectures that I want in case the author decides to delete, but no luck. Maybe I need to wait a little or can you not use extensions like that with Youtube’s updates?
Open the videos on an invidious instance and click the download button. Invidious is a privacy focused frontend for Youtube and it lets you download anything you like - video or audio only.
This is the winner. Thank you, my nephew will be happy.
I suggest you to use yt-dlp. If you're using Windows and wants a downloader with user interface, then I suggest yt-dlp-gui.
I use JDownloader 2, it's a standalone program though.
Head to the link below and add the video links needed.
No sound for some reason on this one.
If you are on android, just download Newpipe and download the videos from there.
I'm on my laptop for this, but thanks for letting me know for the future on mobile.
I’m a bit late here, but for the future, you can add “pp” after “youtube” in the url for a specific video, as in “youtubepp.com”, to be forwarded to a page that lets you download the video or just audio of it, with a few quality options. (Possible you may need to access via VPN connected to a non-US server.)
edit: this is how I grab audio-only music tracks off YouTube when I cannot find it anywhere else
this is a nice trick! I will call it the pp move that makes any video yours
Edit: after testing, unironically it really works like charm!! thank you
ClipGrab still works. But it's a program, not an extension.
