That would also be significantly less private than using a public VPN. This method would only prevent your ISP from seeing what you do, but if someone figures out the public ip of your VPS and connects it to your identity, then you’re just as exposed as when not using a VPN at all. The big advantage of public VPNs is that you share a public IP with dozens or hundreds of other users on the same server.
Using Tor would be the better option for privacy, but comes with its own issues. Also, please don’t abuse the tor network for piracy

What’s the alternative? AMD is doing the same exact thing, their CEO is even related to Nvidias CEO. That only leaves Intel GPUs, which have a pretty shitty Linux driver, and Intel is not exactly an angel either
I don’t see how this particular thing is an issue. You don’t need to activate Windows during the setup. You can skip activation, update the driver, and then activate windows afterwards
I think you are the first person to ever have had issues with printers on Linux if you are surprised by them working on Bazzite. Printers are one of the things that almost always “just work” on Linux, and are only a driver headache on Windows
If an 8-inch screen is enough for you, then I recommend either the Pocketbook Inkpad 4, or the Pocketbook Color 3 if you want color. They run Linux and have a very capable PDF Reader (especially compared to Kindles)
If you want an even bigger screen then sadly they start to get very expensive, and usually ship with an already outdated version of Android and an underpowered SOC. And they also have the terrible standby battery life you would expect from an Android device
They are already included in the kernel, no installation needed. Every Brother printer made in the last two decades is plug and play on Linux.
