Im not gonna say that Izzy is stricter, Im gonna say that they have different policies. I read up on izzy’s policies and they do havw various restrictions (for example they dont allow apps over 30mb, apart from some exeptions, they dont allow proprietary conponents, apart from some exeptions, etc.). I did check its status of being added to fdroid/izzyonandroid and turns out it too uses llms:/ It was the reason it got rejected by izzyonandroid store

I found that tailscale (to tunnel traffic to remote devices) with even sunshine (yes, the remote gaming application, just pick the default “desktop” option to stream the desktop) works very well.

And tailscale has an option to transfer files I think.

Ideally you’d probably selfhost tailscale (with headscale) or netbird with a vps+domain, but too much of a hassle for such case.

I think Id swap the “i still dont care about cookies” with “consent-o-matic” to autodecline cookies and would add “ublock origin” (the second might help not load unecessary stuff)

Well, with nixos you can just use your config and set up almost everything declaratively and as long as you keep it tidy, have a good overview of your system:)
