Unfortunately they’re on pages that I absolutely need to get into because my money is stored behind them. I cannot stand them, and I generally agree with you, if some random site has me doing a captcha in leaving.

I have regular everything and I still fuck them up. “click the ones with a fire hydrant”. But a tiny piece of fire hydrant is spilling into another box. Does it count? Does it not count? Good luck!!
I had one the other day that was deep fried jpegs to the max. Like, what the fuck am I supposed to do.
There was just some assumption that the knowledge was somehow inherent, like the RF from cellphones entered the womb and taught them how to troubleshoot their PC.
I may have missed it in this article, though I believe I read elsewhere, that she got busted down one rank and that’s it. I know military in general is having retention and recruitment issues, but to me this is more than just a busting down offense. That the senior enlisted on a ship would so nonchalantly disregard OPSEC demonstrates either a clear lack of understanding, or worse, something more nefarious.
We saw a naval officer relieved of command for having the scope backwards on his rifle. This, to me, rises to a much higher level.
Most important part would be talking about it as often as possible, a la CrossFit or veganism.
I went from agreeing with the headline to fuck this guy real quick. I admittedly had never heard of Nothing, because it’s a stupid name, and so this decision is par for the course it seems. Just add another name to the Chop List.
Yeah pictures and videos is all I can think of. I am no photophile but I assume some small digital camera benefits from storage of the micro variety. Has me thinking of the 2015 movie Victoria, 140m straight, one shot, no cuts, and actually a good movie, pretty amazing stuff.
I am 100% certain that Samsung is currently in litigation regarding exactly this kind of thing at this very moment. These companies have massive arms for corporate espionage and the like, and because of patent laws, it’s always worth spending time and money protecting your tech.
It’s got both. It’s awesome. But it’s also owned by James Dolan, and he’s a douche. I say that as a big Rangers fan.
It’s chaos, but Jon Bois is amazing at putting order to even the most chaotic things. If you don’t know him, he’s purely a sports guy, but he has a number of video series on YouTube that are absolutely great watches, regardless of whether you like sports. I hate (American) football, but he has a number of videos I watched intently, because he does a great job of analyzing random number sets and plotting them out in a way that is visually appealing. Guy is a nut, and it makes for great television (obviously not TV but yeah).
It’s literally the thing that keeps me coming back (to the seas). I have paid for the services, and the service they provide has been steadily degraded. I still have Prime because they haven’t fucked up delivery to my home (yet), but I don’t even open the app on Roku anymore, I just download whatever it is, because I have no interest in dealing with their shit interface and then having to watch ads after.
If a service can give me a simple, easy to use interface, good search feature, good quality, and decent enough content, you’ve got my money. That’s just too much to ask these days, so I’ll just donate to the site(s) that provide alternative services.
It’s that woo-woooooo
Yes, why not? They aren’t prohibited, they’re just being given a disadvantage compared to American made vehicles being sold in America. A tax for notoriously poor labor standards, we can call it. If they want to use a union shop somewhere in middle America they can avoid that tax altogether.
If I misunderstood you please correct me.
This makes the most sense. Sell them here. Built elsewhere? Tax the shit out of them. You can avoid the tax by creating American jobs and having them manufactured here.
For us it comes for free from the prime account. I still refuse to watch anything on Prime video, but I believe I’m not pirating because I technically do have access to all these movies/shows. That’s logical right?
The Internet has been gentrified. Sure, there were some tough places that you had to be careful about wandering into, but there were great experiences. Now it’s this homogenous, cultivated experience.
I dunno, I had this conversation in another thread recently. I was 13 in 2000. The web was a disaster then. Sure, there were good parts, but every website was an outright attack on your computer. Java and Flash were everywhere and they were so easily exploited. I’d go to websites and they’d pop up 100 different windows of hardcore porn, audio on, the whole nine.
But yeah, it’s just a different suck now.
So essentially the music video for Drugs by Ratatat.
Your story is my story, except I definitely was a bit more belligerent. I picked up E4 less than two years in service, which was tough as an 11, and proceeded to remain there for like another 40+ months until I fucked off, although that’s a story for a different day. I consistently filled billets above my rank, and with that came dealing with dudes with rockers on the regular, and when they saw me, not a big guy, only two stripes, most scratched their heads. I generally was able to prove my competency to individuals, but there was one who just couldn’t stand me and would try to correct me at every opportunity.
Our last exercise together I was just a squad leader and he was a platoon sergeant, different platoon, not in my chain of command, but constantly would try to correct me or my Marines, and that shit just didn’t fly with me, especially knowing I was out of here in like three or four months, and so I would just turn up the belligerent with him, because I knew his only recourse was to either hit me or go to my chain of command, and my platoon sergeant, my platoon commander, and company gunny always had my back because I did my fucking job well, and so it’d always end there with him acting like a baby and me acting like a child.
Yeah, good times. Stupid times but good times.
It goes against my human nature to not overanalyze.
