I hate it when my job gets loose.
I hate it when my job gets loose.
I REALLY hate “asf” Like so much. It’s like, either abbreviate both parts of “as fuck” and use AF, or just say “as fuck” but “asf” is the worst of both worlds. It’s like, let’s abbreviate one word in a two word phrase, but not abbreviate the other word and then cram them together for some reason. It makes me completely and totally irrationally angry every single time I see it.
It would be cool if literally a single word of that was actually applicable to me, but just going off and copying an pasting some random ass set of big words to make it look like you’re not a fucking moron isn’t fooling anybody.
Well, it might fool some of your brother idiots over on hexbear or your server, but everybody knows what that’s worth.
Run along now you moron racist. Nobody wants to be polluted by your idiocy.
I’ll admit it is amazing to watch all the hexbear morons whine about beehaw. I don’t know what they did to piss you guys off (in my experience, all that’s required is to have an iq higher than room temp) but it sure is fun to watch you fuckers bitch and moan.
Fuckin’ exactly. It’s like they have an iq test to join hexbear and if one of them scores higher than 75 or accidentally says something funny or clever they automatically get rejected.
I’d take the toxic positivity of beehaw over the toxic stupidity of hexbear 1000 times out of 1000. Your server is the real cancer of the fediverse.
Man, if hexbear idiots knew what irony was you would know how hilarious this comment is.
That is easily the dumbest thing I’ve read today.
Why not? You’re only sourcing things from real-debrid. That’s sort of one of their big selling points, is it’s not P2P, so you don’t need a VPN.
You actually can use Stremio on iOS devices just fine. After you set it up using this guide just go to web.stremio.com on your iOS device, log in, and add that shortcut to your home page. You’ll also need to install VLC (for free) or Outplayer (I think it was $10, but worth every penny) and there’s really no way that I can tell that it isn’t a native app from the App Store.
It’s not the knowledge that I need, it’s mostly the time and desire to set up all that stuff and maintain it and keep it working and constantly needing to track what the latest and greatest version of whatever platform or software that is out there. It’s the same reason I don’t jailbreak my phone or hack my consoles anymore. Sometimes it’s nice to just buy a thing that works out of the box and use it as its intended.
I used to be into that sort of tinkering and custom install/configuring of all sorts of software. I probably still have 2-3 flircs in a drawer somewhere.
These days I just want to be able to buy something, plug it in, and have it work. The idea of installing a plex/jellyfin server and a custom OS on a pi might as well be the same as getting a 4 year degree at this point. I’m sure it works out great for loads of people, but it’s definitely not something I’m interested in.
God, if I could just install SmartTube and Kodi/Stremio on an Apple TV, I’d convert in a heartbeat. Until then, I’ll keep my Shield TV Pro.
Bad bot
I like how you asked “what personal attacks?” and then proceeded to repeat said personal attacks. Just because they’re not remotely clever or true doesn’t mean you’re not trying your hardest to make things personal. I’m dealing with an absolute genius here.
Oh I’m definitely enjoying it. You’re even acknowledging that fact. You’re so close to figuring out what’s going on here, you just have all the roles switched up.
Also, for someone who was whining about me being mean, you sure are (trying to) come in hard with the personal attacks.
But I’m definitely the angry one here. ;)
Mental gymnastics? What are you even talking about? I got to call a stupid thing stupid and pissed an asshole idiot like you off which makes me happy. And now you’re pretending like there’s some sort of win on your end because you allowed me to rile you up? There’s definitely some sort of attempt at mental gymnastics going on here, but it’s from your end and it’s a massive failure.
It’s more fun this way. Plus it looks like it pisses dweebs like you off, so win/win.
I thought so too, but then I tried it and I really hated it. If you find yourself getting recommended a bunch of clickbaity videos, then maybe it would be something you’d like, but I tend to block those types of creators so I don’t really see them, so all dearrow ever did for me was make the titles and thumbnails of some of the videos I normally would watch really boring and bland. I trust someone like Tom Scott or Smartereveryday to not use their titles and thumbnails to lie to me to fool me into watching their videos, and since those were the only types of creators that were being affected by dearrow for me, I found it worse when seeing their videos in my recommended list. I personally don’t mind watching a video titled “Why Blue LEDS were really hard to create” instead of seeing something like “This video is about how different colored LEDS were created” with some bland screenshot showing an assembly line of lights or whatever.
