I don’t think buying all this equipment is better for the environment than just burying the scrap material in a landfill.

Seems like a total waste. That buys a tremendous amount of filament. I don’t think even print farms do it. There are so many filament companies out there that the margins have to be razor thin.
If you can afford it just nuy a stepper motor neman 17 make sure the connector is the same. Get a 3 pack they are all the same.
Are you sure it isn’t brittle filament from being left out and getting “damp”.
Lol nice ty.
They’ve changed A LOT for one they aren’t made of wood anymore. This isn’t an old ender. It’s made of mdf!
“Fewer vitamins”
What does that mean? I’ve been 3d printing a few years never heard that before.
Maybe an entire remote desktop thing would be easier.
If you use something like tinkercad you can hold both objects in the same spot and export them one at a time. They will in turn populate the same position in cura.
Nice. Klipper is great if you have a pi laying around
I don’t know what you are talking about. I make real things out of tpu that get used everyday for years. I don’t know who pez is and I’m not interested in bench speed runs.
No
I don’t go above 20 mm/s for any print setting with tpu.
I think the board you have is fine. Just needs firmware.
I had a similar problem when the bl touch cable was loose. Exact same issue. It still happens on occasion if I diddle with the wiring.
Not necessarily. If you don’t hear any sizzle like little pops when extruding you are fine.
Also watch out for retraction amount and speed. You don’t want more than 1 or 2 mm of retraction at 15mm/s and try to only print that slow as well.
Tpu is the worst with moisture. Even new rolls need drying.
Get a food dehydrator. It’s about the price of a roll of filament.
Whatever is cheapest on Amazon. I rarely get a bum roll. Although I did 2x in the last couple of years. Both petg wound too hot I think. It was like a brick of petg in the center.
Now add in the price of the machine and you will need a way to dry the pellets if you don’t use it immediately. I really want this to be a thing but I just don’t see it being economical… It might be fun however to make custom filaments.
