  • Nah, elsewhere. Sitting in class, watching one plane hit the building on repeat (teacher brought in a television and put the news on). For a few months we kept being told that Islam is a religion of hate. Piqued my interested in learning about Islam because I thought to myself, “how can a hateful religion even exist today?”. Boy o’boy, 9/11 was both a disaster and a blessing, that’s all I can say.

  • Don’t drink alcohol.

    Don’t smoke tobacco products.

If she has a tattoo, she might have some baggage (mental/emotional).

If she flinches when you reach for her cell phone, you might as well break up.

Start going to the gym. If you already are, dedicate some years into powerlifting, if you started off with powerlifting, dedicate some years into bodybuilding training.

    Don’t depend on pharmaceutical drugs.

If your woman gets pregnant and has the child, get DNA tested to confirm that is your child.

Make sure to have a lawyer write up a prenuptial agreement before marriage.

If she doesn’t have a father in her life, that’s a potential red flag.

Be a man, meet with her father and get his approval before dating her. If she doesn’t care for her father’s approval, she has daddy issues. That’s a red flag.

Do not focus on spending money to make you happy. Focus on saving and investing, play the long game.

Pay attention to the food you eat. Do some research about the brands of the foods, the ingredients used etc…

  • Man… there has to be a “security” wiki - a living document, that instructs you on how to be as anonymous as possible and how to setup all the required tools to stay anonymous.

    Somewhat O/T:

Recently I discovered that Amazon store app spies on your Google searches. If I search for a solution, say a pool heater and Google lists websites, including stores with pool heater products, as soon as I open my Amazon store app and type p - o, it lists pool heater at the top. This also happened when I was searching for a pool ionizer, literally I Googled, “keep pool clean without chemicals”, without clicking any of the links provided on Google, I saw a product listed, “ClearBlue Ionizer”, open the Amazon store app, I wanted to find just general ionizers so I didn’t start with the name of the brand, instead I wanted to search for ionizer, by the time I finished typing “ion”… it listed "Pool Ionizer by ClearBlue Ionizer (25,000 Gallon) … "

At that moment I realized Amazon is tracking my searches. I get they want to be convenient but I don’t remember Amazon giving me the option to opt out of information sharing amongst other apps.

Hopefully sooner or later there will be a way to sandbox every app so they’re not communicating with each other.
