Ssd has limited TBW. Swapping kill your ssd faster isn’t it? Dead ssd means dead M1 laptop. Planned obsolescence.
I have the m1, its a good laptop. But i read the the ssd issues killing m1 within 1 year of usage after I purchased it. Now i only used it sparingly
And they tasted the wrath of collective hacker grp Anonymous because of that
They ditch the “do no evil” motto years ago when seeking military contract to help them kill people
Classic sony move. Remember Linux in ps2…
I have 15. Is that excessive?
Without this fiasco, i would’ve still use chrome. Yeah, now i use firefox.
Spotify already paid rights holder (…the record labels, which is the one supposed to pay the artists). Under the new law, its ill defined which could make spotify pay to artists on top of paying the record labels, thus double the pay.
Pay it forward. I’m from 3rd world country. Growing up pirating gave me and my brother precious memories playing cs, doom, star wars, gta2, rollercoster tycoon, sims etc. Not to mention music and movies which would’ve cost us weeks of our food money if we would’ve bought it legitimately. We both grew up and made decent enough money now. I paid for my games and sometimes paid to play old games if i could find it in Steams. Million thanks to all the crackers, hosters, translators, modders, seeders, etc. You made my childhood memorable, and worth living despite all the shits going around us where we live. Oh not to mention i learned better english playing games than learning it from school.
This is far from true in 3rd world. People buy pc without os, the shop helped customers install pirated version because its way more cheaper than buying preinstalled windows pc. There's people who still remember the windows cd key by heart more than they remember their spouse's birth date.
Its not random thoughts, its the reality and msft knows it and they let it happened same as adobe with photoshop. They let students pirate their softwares so that by the time they graduated and enter the work field, they'd keep using it in their new job/company, where they would charge real expensive money for the license
Not true. People wouldn't buy a pre-installed windows because its much way expensive. They just buy a preinstalled pirated windows instead.
Used to love LastPass, then it charge expansive for pc and android multi device. I’m too looking for better pm.
I follow my life rule of changing phone every 5 years. But my phone broke and become unusable after 4 years. Was xiaomi user for yrs, i bought s23 ultra now as xiaomi prices became expansive. Buy good phone mainly for the picture quality.
…still got shot at school
