  • My advice is to use a body wash or soap with salycitic acid. It’s in products for preventing or treating acne - the salycitic kills the bacteria that causes body odor. You can also apply a toner with salycitic acid directly to your armpits (Stridex pads work well for this - they even make ones that are larger for use.in the body). I do this and have zero B.O. Some people use other antibacterial soaps like Hibiclens or Paroxyl.

Also make sure that you are wearing clean clothes (wearing the same tshirt a couple of days in a row is taking a chance).

ETA: This won’t help reduce sweating but it will help with the bacteria that feeds on the sweat.

  • In this case, the magazine created fake journalists with fake bios and used them.in the bylines. I would think that’s a kind of fraud and definitely hurts the magazine’s trustworthiness. The article goes into other publications that have also used fake journalists with their bylines in AI produced articles. I think if they were more transparent- say, labeling an article “AI created content” - it wouldn’t be as much of an issue.

This also doesn’t address errors in the AI produced articles (which could be solved by having a real life fair checker or editor).

  • Speaking of privacy and tracking, would anyone know of a location app that can be trusted not to sell the tracking data? My family uses Life360 so that we can track our children’s locations as they commute to and from school.or.run around the neighborhood, that sort.of thing. We have Android phones. I’m under the impression that if we all had iPhones we could track them using Apple apps,.which would not do anything funky with the data. This is something I wasn’t too worried about until reading more about privacy, but I still need to know where my kids are.
