I was always a fan of Mednaffe, a GUI frontend for Mednafen, for all of my NES, SNES, and GBA emulation needs. Of course, that’s all a bit moot now that I have a handheld.

Bro it’s just a battery, some motors, a computer, an IO system, and some brakes. An amateur with money and free time could rip the guts out of a traditional car and make it fully electric by following an online tutorial.

RSS was great. I’ve still got a deep grudge over the removal of Live Bookmarks from Firefox. That was how I kept up with the various webcomics I was reading at the time. All I had to do was just check on all my little orange drop-down menus to see if any new posts were up, and I was golden. Now I have to keep extra tabs open and try not to bury them under all the other tabs I open up and forget about. >_<
I’m not him, but the justification I’ve seen in the past is that some people move to different locations every few months to pursue work or they’re in an area temporarily for studies and don’t want to be permanently tied down. It was something along those lines. Even if that does justify the existence of *some* landlords, it doesn’t justify such a huge supermajority of housing being owned by them.
As a satisfied owner of a Brother laser printer, I can safely say I would never want anything else.
