It’s an energy saving device from 1993 which connects inline with the monitor’s power cord, and also inline with the keyboard. It cuts power to the monitor when no keyboard activity is detected for 10-42min (Adjustable with DIP switches)
South Australia. My weather station says today hit 39c after getting to around 41c the previous two days. Barely drops below 30 overnight. Bit too hot for our liking also 😅
