I tried Jellyfin and the performance for me was sooo much worse than Plex on the same system. Videos took forever to play. Also Plex is way easier for me to share with family than Jellyfin.

We own a Rose Gold Fiat 500 electric, aptly named Lady Penelope.
Curious to see if anyone will spot the correct reference:)
But only the caffeine free one.
We’re 0.0.1.1 away from perfection.
They did a limited run of copycat chocolates as a fuck you to the other makers, and they were so much better than the originals. Especially their Twix and snickers.
Tell that to my 2014 MacBook Pro that is still going strong. I can do CAD and video editing and the thing still performs fine. Battery life decreased a bit but still lasts way more than enough.
and the new Apple chip ones are also ridiculous. I have one for work, and was able to leave my computer closed in my backpack for several hour running code training an ML model. The thing did not even get warm and the battery went down by 2% only.
That being said, I think the best computer is the one that works for YOU. In my previous job I was forced to use windows and boy did I suffer! Even Office felt clunkier on windows than Mac.
Solely for scientific reasons for my friend, where is the original image from?
Thank you for sharing! These are definitely good contenders.
Wait, you guys are reading them later?
Yes I’m forced to used Amazon because AWS hosts a lot of the internet. I literally have no choice. If I had a choice I would avoid it.
But I don’t contribute to their horrible work conditions in their warehouses. And it’s disingenuous to say the protest is only about Black Friday. The protests were on Black Friday because that’s when it would have the biggest impact on Amazon.
Too bad that people always let small personal inconveniences get in the way of human rights.
No app, just the website as far as I know. But you can cast from your phone.
I don’t know where you live, but this year for Black Friday Amazon workers from over 30 different countries protested over inhuman working contditions. Countries included Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Turkey and the U.K.
And anyway, even if they were treated well, you are still supporting a horrible company that exploits people globally.
Alternatively stop buying from a company that dehumanizes and exploit’s their employees to death
Might I introduce you to https://movie-web.app/ It’s a great in between while you wait for stuff to download
No one needs one day shipping. And the human toll that Amazon and their prime service takes on their workers should be enough for anyone to stop using their services wholesale.
You see, the pro move is to print a credit card. Plastic all the way!
Kudos to you for trying something.
In my opinion, however, the internet is already overrun by AI-generated articles which look like they were written by a high schooler at best.
Yet more AI-generated “news” is not what we should be striving for as a society.
Proton is a non profit.
