Glaze has always been fundamentally flawed and a short term bandage. There’s no way you can make something appear correctly to a human and incorrectly to a computer over the long term - the researchers will simply retrain on the new data.

without any user IDs!
single-use and long-term user addresses
Addresses are IDs too…
They’re not stranded because the part of the capsule that isn’t working has multiple redundancy and is intended to burn up on reentry anyway.
Starliner is perfectly capable of leaving the ISS whenever they want, but they would be unable to continue collecting data on the thruster shutoff (again, because it would burn up in the atmosphere).
Mozilla acquiring an ad company is something of a bad sign though.
If that’s truly the case, nothing on earth can protect your data.
That being said, large corporations are far more liable to consumer protection lawsuits, especially in areas like the EU.
The easiest way is a sitewide NoAI meta tag, since it’s the current standard. Researchers are much more likely to respect a common standard and extremely unlikely to respect a single user’s personal solution adding a link to their comments.
Tech like this will someday help solo illustrators make feature length films. I really want to live in that world.
Right on, this looks very promising and I’m happy it’s finally breaking off from the original project.
Touch grass. It’s the best replacement for social media of any kind!
Oh god FreeCAD is a nightmare to learn. But it does get work done. I wish Blender could move more into that space.
Inkscape is lovely but imo it could use some interface cleanup. (And really it has been getting better each major update.)
GIMP needs the Blender treatment honestly. Inkscape too. That would cover the vast majority of what I do art-wise.
Honestly, dating apps are one of the cases for a federated system. Use whatever frontend you want, no one person owns the backend so they can’t sleazily monetize you. Probably would need to be a bit more cryptographic than something like lemmy or mastodon though.
I mean, Twitter is the dumbest shit on the internet. But Reddit gets close sometimes!
lol not sure why you’re calling out Israel specifically when likely every government on the planet is doing the same thing.
That’s not sarcasm, it’s misinformation. Not surprising that people downvoted you even though it was just a joke.
I’d generally pick a bear too, most of the time you could just walk away. A human might try to talk to me or something.
And the X11 Protocol was released in 1987. We’re not replacing Xorg specifically as much as we are replacing X11.
Woah MIT license. That’s a lot more permissive than I expected.
That’s already what happens
I think containerization for security is a damn good reason for virtually all software.
