Never noticed anything in the last couple of weeks. I had one podcast missing new episodes because the schedule was turned off. But I might not have had it turned on in the first place.

ntfy and FreshRSS for me. Audiobookshelf recently joined and I am using it daily. (Inofficial probably the Arr stack though 😅)
Make sure to set up an emergency sheet (https://passwordbits.com/password-manager-emergency-sheet/) and have it available at one or multiple safe places.
You can also check out 2FAS, which recently got open-sourced. It comes with browser plugins to autofill 2FA pushed from the phone on request. Makes it a lot more convenient if you need another reason to switch.
They do allow to reply, simplelogin also has no limitation on reply count.
If it is just for email forwarding maybe a service like https://anonaddy.com/ or https://simplelogin.io would work. Catch-all is even included in the anonaddy free plan as that is something you actually do not want to have enabled 😄 For your custom domain you have to have the lite plan at least though.
After jumping between duplicati, duplicacy, borg backup, kopia I finally settled on Restic a couple of weeks ago.
Using it with resticprofile (https://github.com/creativeprojects/resticprofile) on Linux and Windows which does all the heavy lifting converting the setup from a simple configuration file to restic commands and adding a few options like calling webhooks on specific conditions etc. It is running rock stable so far.

I would say it is even worse. Last thing a couple of days ago was a password manager which is quite lacking in functionality. Next to the encrypted cloud drive service which does not have any sync clients and an encrypted calendar service which is lacking in features that etesync has solved years ago. The most functional would be their VPN, which seems to be fine for its price.
And it is not like they would not have anything to do on their email service (next to the billing system, which cannot handle you buying the pro version of the password manager if you are already subscribed to their mail service)
As with Protonmail it would be nice if they could focus a little bit more on their core product. Importing emails is still not possible with them. As an email provider. With an open issue about it from 2018 🤷♂️.
I would recommend homepage. Configuration is done via config files.
They have started implementing read-only folders for Immich with the latest release. And it does actually work pretty well.
However it currently is a very manual process via the command line (and not very well documented, especially for docker) and it has limited features as it does not automatically sync new images and does not remove deleted images from its database yet.
It uses user submitted titles and thumbnails if they are available. If not, it uses a random frame from the video as a thumbnail and applies some rules to the title (like no caps etc.).
For example a LTT video from yesterday:
Original title: ‘Only YOU can fix GPU pricing… Here’s how!’
Replaced title: ‘How to find a good deal on a used GPU’
And about the thumbnails, just take a look on YouTube. In general I mean 😄
You could also route any calls to /api through authentication. However I am not sure if that can cause any problems. Is there a list of endpoints that need to be reachable for federation to work?
