Ah, I’m lucky then, here in the Netherlands they sell all kinds of nice syrups in the supermarket! Still looking for a nice cola taste, but otherwise I have cherry, tropical fruit, orange, pear… Oh, and green iced tea, which tastes great too.

I read in a YouTube comment that the ceramic keycaps that are on the market sometimes have the problem of the spring in the triggers not being strong enough to push the keycap back up. Might be good to look into.

Mmm, that is true. But honestly, the amount of carbonation I do get is enough, for me. Just enough to make it taste a bit fancier.

My Sodastream has saved me a lot of money—with some cheap syrups I just make very inexpensive nice drinks. Especially considering I got mine second-hand and refill it through a local guy who fills the bottles for half the price. I suppose I could save even more money if I figure out how to refill the cylinders myself.

@vikingtons@lemmy.world Yes—in fact, that was one of the main requirements I had when looking for one! Just flashed it with Colorhoster to be able to use it with OpenRGB, and now I have this really nice music equalizer working on it. I really enjoy that 😁

@vikingtons@lemmy.world Oh, yeah, forgot to mention that! I edited the post to say—it’s a V5 Max, so made from plastic instead of aluminum. But that can help with the sound, as I’ve heard, and I must say I do like the sound, so far.

I actually use my scroll lock and print screen keys, so I made fn+the arrow keys act like home, end, page up and page down… Kind of miss my old TKL keyboard, but I can learn new things!
