  • Isn’t that how it is, hence the meme that people accumulate bloteware* over time because they keep installing and not using but not going back and uninstalling,

At least for me I’d open up the package manager and see all these new and recommended software and think oh cool I’ll get into ASCII art if I install this, and of course never actually run it, last time I had like three metronomes

  • Yeah it gets deep, I eventually made it 3d as I learned more but to start i just wanted to be able to use the line too, click and point it towards a direction and type in the measurement.

Later I got fancy raising the walls up and adding textures like wood floor and windows etc in the downloads someone even created the network switch and router I use so I started planning my server rack.

I used the free 2017 version since I could use my PC resources and not rely on the cloud or subscription

  • I took up learning some sketchup when we moved into our place. Just basic top down 2d drawings.

I went around the house with some grid paper and tape measurer and made a outline of all the rooms then recreated it in sketchup, then drew a box for each furniture and moved them around the area until we found something we liked. And gave the most open space

I use a ton of pcie adapters at work, but not really sure what you are doing? Pcie to m.2? Almost all the ones I’ve used off of amazon have worked fine except a sabrent one, it worked fine for a m.2 drive to have an os but when I used it for testing drives it didn’t work, it also took up a whole x16 slot for no raisin

We use ones that look like this
