Using ublock origin and sponsorblock is the right thing to do. I will never allow ads for as long as I live. And I will never pay/buy YouTube premium since I can get all the features for free through modded versions of apps/browser extensions.

I also use windscribe, pihole on my home network, extensions like ublock-origin and canvasblocker for Firefox, violent monkey with various scripts to not deal with trackers etc, nextDNS as well. And of course I pirate all sorts of shit using qbittorent tied to only work when my vpn is active. So sure, I’m stupid and don’t know anything because I use windows (that I pirated and activated for free).
