I mean, I get it. The Register does love clickbaity headlines. IMO making fun of that is fair game.
This is deliberate. They editorialise in this way as a parody of outlets like the daily mail.
I don’t care how big or powerful the group is, slamming a group of states is impossible. Can’t even lift it up, so slamming it against something is certainly off the table.
