But the broad masses might not, and this legislation also aims at things like repair instructions and tools to fix your shit thanks to Section 1201 of the DMCA.

I think so too - we and many others won’t have an issue getting whatever we need. But the broad masses might not, and this legislation also aims at things like repair instructions and tools to fix your shit thanks to Section 1201 of the DMCA.
