Job listings posted in China this week indicate that Xiaohongshu, also known as RedNote, is struggling to handle an influx of new users joining the platform from TikTok.

It’s actually pretty good. The algorithm prefers new users while making it hard to be ridiculously popular.

Needs some translation features though, and I imagine alot of English speakers aren’t gonna be used to China’s content moderation.
