Is anyone else experiencing issues with their official Jellyfin Android app after upgrading? Mine sees the server but gets stuck on the splash screen. Just looking to confirm if it is a larger issue or something specific to me.
Edit for context: Android app ver 2.6.3 accessing through my local network. Browser on Android and the app on my PC worked.
Edit solution: I had to uninstall and reinstall the Jellyfin app.
I had it, I had to clear the cache (not data). Fixed it instantly.
Clearing cache didn’t work, but total reinstall did. Thanks for a point in the right direction.
My manual library scan now takes longer. Quite often it goes twice.

I am on 10.11.1 on windows and android app 2.6.3 and don’t have that issue.
just checked on my server, which is on 10.11. Android app seems to be working fine. I tried signing out and then signing back in, and I was able to do so without issue. It’s sounding like this is an issue specific to your machine.
