If you’re going to play KoF or Metal Slug anyway, the best King of Fighters is '99, and the best Metal Slug is 2.
I argue that best KoF and MS are King of Fighters '98 and Metal Slug 3. Also Twinklestar Sprites.
'98 does have a banger attract screen song, it’s true.
Metal Slug 3 is let down by that mask boss which takes forever to defeat. And the last mission, while incredible, goes on FOREVER
I like this list, but I want to add Windjammers, Neo Turf Masters (golf), and League Bowling!
